Classic Lash Extensions is a 1 to 1 method. A single Lash Extensions is applied to a single Natural Lash. Therefore Classic Lash Extensions will provide length and width but will not provide you with any additional fullness.
Classic Lash Extensions are actually the heaviest of the Lash Extensions available on the Market and are best suited for someone with lots of strong Natural Lashes that is looking to only add some length and curl to their natural look.

Hybrid Lash Extensions is a combination of both Classic Lash Extensions & Volume Lash Extensions. In most cases the Classic Lashes & Volume Lashes are applied in an alternating pattern that creates some additional fullness than just a Classic Set alone.
Hybrid Lash extensions are best suited to someone with average to full Natural Lashes that would like to increase fullness while maintaining a more natural look.

Volume Lash Extensions provide a wide range of customization. Volume fans (that are made by hand during your appointment)from thinner, lighter Lash Extensions are applied to 1 Natural Lash. The customization of this style allows for soft & subtle natural looks as well as dramatic & dense looks by catering each individual fan to your Natural Lashes.
Volume sets are best suited for everyone. Volume sets can be customized to create natural looks that will last longer than Classic Sets or to create Dramatic Sets that will have everyone Envious!

Mega Volume Lash Extensions also provide a wide range of customization. Mega Volume Lash fans are made from the finest & lightest Lash Extensions available on the Market. Much like the Volume Lash Extensions, Mega Volume can be used to create soft subtle looks as well as dramatic sets and can even be used to help rehab damaged Natural Lashes from improper application.
Mega Volume Lash Extensions are best suited to someone who may have had damage from previous services, have extremely fine or weak Natural Lashes or those looking for the ultimate drama!
Lash Envy Policies
Lash Envy is a Safe Space for Every Individual. If you have concerns regarding personal safety please feel free to reach out to discuss any special requests.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
At this time Lash Envy does not provide services to those under the age of 16, regardless of parental or guardian approval.
HYGIENE / CLEANLINESS
All Equipment used and frequently touched surfaces will continue to be disinfected after each appointment. All one time use products will continue to be thrown away. Hygiene and Safety remain a top priority.
MASKING
Masks are Optional. Lash Extension services are close contact and therefore your safety is key! Please feel free to wear a mask to your appointment. If you would like to maintain this safety procedure your Lash Artist will follow suit!
GUESTS
Although exceptions can be made please try to avoid bringing guests with you. Exceptional Service is the goal and distractions or frequent talking can interrupt your service. Lash Naps Encouraged!
CANCELLATIONS
Please provide 24 hours notice for any Cancellations/ Reschedules. You can reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours prior through the Square Scheduling App. I understand that life happens but Frequent Last Minute Cancellations will result in loss of Service and will be subject to the No Re-booking Policy.
LATENESS / NO SHOW
Please be advised that I will most likely not be able to accommodate you if you are more than 15 mins late for you scheduled appointment and your appointment will be deemed a No Show. If for some reason you are running late- please advise as soon as possible so that we may discuss if I can still accommodate . No Shows will NOT be re-booked.
EARLY ARRIVALS
Please ensure that your arrive no more than 5 mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. Feel free to Park in the Driveway and wait if you happen to beat Traffic.

PAYMENT
Cash, Credit & Debit are all accepted. Please be advised that all prices are subject to HST.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of this time based service, all sales are final and there are No Refunds. In the event that an issue arises with your Lash Extensions please Contact Me within 3 days of your original appointment. I will do my best to ensure that we are both satisfied.
MASCARA/ MAKE-UP
Please Ensure you are Make-up and Mascara Free for you appointment. Any time spent removing make-up or cleansing lashes will come off appointment time and may result in less coverage of with Lash Extensions.
