Thank you for stopping by! My name is Shawneen Latter, and I am the Master Lash Artist here at Lash Envy CA. I must tell you, I am obsessed with all things lashes and passionate about delivering bespoke beauty services, including fabulous hair extensions!
my story
I have always been interested in the beauty industry, but like many others, I assumed I needed a 9-5 job to feel stable and productive. In 2017, I quit my 9-5 in search of something more fulfilling. I felt overworked, underpaid, and not like myself.
At that time, I had been working with hair extensions part-time and decided to pursue it full-time. As a backup plan, I took a Lash Extensions Course and immediately fell in LOVE! Lash extensions allowed me to be creative, work with my hands, and help women feel beautiful and confident while going makeup-free!
Many years later, I am still in LOVE with my lash and hair extensions work! I've channeled my passion for bespoke beauty services into building a team of dedicated women who share the same desire to provide custom services in a comfortable environment.

LASH ENVY Policies -
Envy is a Safe Space for Every Individual seeking bespoke beauty services. If you have concerns regarding personal safety, please feel free to reach out to discuss any special requests.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
At this time, Envy does NOT provide services to those under the age of 16, regardless of parental or guardian approval.
HYGIENE / CLEANLINESS
All equipment used and frequently touched surfaces will continue to be disinfected after each appointment. All one-time use products will continue to be thrown away. Hygiene and Safety remain a top priority for our bespoke beauty services.
Envy is public health inspected and proud to exceed industry standards.
GUESTS
Although exceptions can be made, please try to avoid bringing guests with you. Exceptional Service is the goal, and distractions or frequent talking can interrupt your service. Lash naps are encouraged!
CANCELLATIONS
Please provide 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. You can reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours prior through the Square Scheduling App. I understand that life happens, but frequent last-minute cancellations will result in loss of service and will be subject to the No Re-booking Policy.
LATENESS / NO SHOW
Please be advised that we will most likely not be able to accommodate you if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, and your appointment will be deemed a No Show. If for some reason you are running late, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may discuss if I can still accommodate you.
All No Shows will NOT be re-booked.
EARLY ARRIVAL
If you happen to arrive early, feel free to come inside, use the bathroom, and wait in the waiting area!
PARKING
There is a free parking lot located at 20 Southwick St. From the parking lot, you can see the entrance to ENVY.
PAYMENT
Cash, credit, and debit are accepted. Please be advised that all prices are subject to HST.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of this time-based service, all sales are final and there are no refunds. In the event that an issue arises with your lash extensions, please contact me within 3 days of your original appointment. I will do my best to ensure that we are both satisfied.
MASCARA/ MAKE-UP
Please ensure you are make-up and mascara free for your appointment. Any time spent removing make-up or cleansing lashes will come off appointment time and may result in less coverage with lash extensions.
